Sensory Awareness while Eating: In each session you will practice tuning into your body while you are eating, using unique Body Awareness exercises. Learn to differentiate between the messages you receive from: your thinking head, sensing mouth, yearning heart, and feeling belly.
Group Facilitation of Polarities: The Body Dictator vs Rebel Eater, the Emotional Eater vs the Inner Nurturer, the Pleaser vs the Boundary Setter. As these Selves are brought into conscious balance, a stronger, more stable awareness emerges. This awareness gives you freedom to nourish your body, and feed your desires
