I carried out the Coaching-internal activities in a large international Banking Group where I developed in parallel big experience in the business with firms for more than 39 years. Now I help the People / Companies and Communities to rediscover their potential, energy and better balance.
The themes on which I work are Values and Talents above all. Strategic thinking, delegation, motivation, conflict, negotiation, stress management, emotions such as fear, anger, resentment, abandonment are others .
I work using the word but also the body thanks to the Bioenergetics of which I obtained Master. |
