My primary relationship has been both a motivator and guide in this work, continuously shaping my understanding of bonding patterns and consciousness. My commitment extends far beyond the therapy room, as I remain deeply engaged in my own journey of self-inquiry, consciousness exploration, love, and creative expression.

Professional Background I have been passionately exploring consciousness, psychology, martial arts (Aikido) and the inner workings of the psyche for many years. I have integrated this knowledge into my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychology Professor, and Voice Dialogue Facilitator. My journey has led me through the study of various therapeutic and psycho-spiritual modalities, always with the understanding that we can only guide others as far as we have gone ourselves.
In my private practice, I specialize in attachment trauma and trauma bonds, working with adults and couples who seek a deeper understanding of their inner world and relational dynamics. My approach is profoundly trauma-informed, recognizing the crucial role of the Protector in maintaining safety and stability.
Drawing from Voice Dialogue, somatic experiencing, self-inquiry, mindfulness, and non-dualism, I guide clients on a journey of self-exploration—one that empowers them to take accountability for their lives while honoring the wisdom of the Greater Consciousness.
At the core of my work is the Aware Ego Process, a transformative state of consciousness that I have personally experienced as freedom and inner peace. By helping clients meet their core vulnerability and develop a conscious relationship with their many selves, I support them in breaking free from unconscious patterns and moving toward greater wholeness, clarity, and choice.
I am particularly passionate about working with couples, helping them uncover the bonding patterns that shape their relationships. By illuminating these unconscious dynamics, couples gain awareness and tools to shift their interactions, fostering deeper intimacy, authenticity, and connection.
