The Open Door offers trainings and experiences of Relational Intelligence. It's position is that without thorough knowledge of Voice Dialogue, and in particular, an understanding of the Aware Ego, we are ILLITERATE with regard to our personality. All forms of illiteracy are harmful.
We don't know who we are or how we function unless we get to know our Voices. In our dealings with life, we are either conscious or activated. Being activated means acting out a pattern of behaviour that at one time long ago helped us to survive a traumatic experience but that now does not serve us at all.
Voice Dialogue offers us literacy and control with regard to our personality. The deep plate tectonics of our behaviour is laid down in our family history. Bert Hellinger's Family Constellations are the method this school chooses to heal this aspect of our lives.
